Superintelligence for the built world.

Eddy runs and engineers a treatment plant alongside the people already there. Underneath him, one system that links everything the plant knows, simulates what it will do next, and remembers what it learns. Starting with water.

EAOS · ONE SYSTEM · AT WORK IN EIGHT UTILITIES

01 · EDDY

One agent, in every room of the plant.

Eddy is one persistent agent, not a chatbot you prompt. He stays on, holds the whole operation, and works alongside the people already there.

What changes from room to room is not who he is, but what he is allowed to do.

Underneath both, EAOS holds the plant as one living object, carrying its identity, memory, permissions, and what is allowed to run. Eddy Eng extends into Eddy Design, where models calibrated against the running plant become the start of design work.

02 · ACCESS

Everything the plant knows, the moment you need it.

The first thing people use Eddy for is not reasoning. It is that the answer exists at all.

One place, one question, whoever is asking.

Access is the point. Governance is what makes it safe to give.

03 · INTERFACES

One agent. Every way you work.

No surface is where Eddy lives; each is something he can use. The presence, the permissions, the session and the record follow the person, because the state was never in the screen.

Same bounds on every channel. A question from a radio gets no wider access than a question from a keyboard.

04 · THE HARD PART

A treatment plant does not fit in a context window.

Thirty years of decisions, spread across control systems, laboratories, drawings, and the people who remember why. It never holds still, and being wrong has physical consequences.

Aerial view of clarifiers and aeration basins
Fragmented

Every system holds a fragment. The connections between them live only in people.

Unwritten

The reasoning that runs a plant lives in people, not in the plant, so the plant keeps re-learning it.

Repeated

Every investigation begins again, and leaves nothing behind that makes the next one easier.

05 · HOW IT WORKS

Linked. Remembered. Versioned.

Everything a plant knows is admitted through one model of the plant itself.

That is what makes the rest of this possible, simulation included.

THE MAPthe admission gate
ONE MAP
Places, processes, equipment, and what each signal is actually about. Nothing enters until it is classified against it.
REMEMBERED
Findings that prove durable become part of what the plant knows, so what it knows stops depending on who is on shift.
VERSIONED
Every change lands on one history. Plants are rebuilt in place over decades, and the object changes with them.
ADMISSIONstage by stage

What arrived, what was standardized, what was ingested, what is mapped and what is flowing, with the state of every source feed underneath.

06 · EDDY O&M

Eddy is on every shift.

Boards, alerts, investigations, forecasts, and the tools a shift actually runs on.

All of it lands on the same record, so the next shift starts from it rather than from scratch.

07 · EDDY ENG

Where the system itself is built.

The room where a selected group of your engineers, working alongside Eddy, decide what the AI system is. Which signals it trusts, which rules it runs, which models represent the plant.

Everything Eddy O&M expresses was authored here first.

An author, a diff, a review, a release, a way back. Every mapping, rule and model is a versioned artifact, and nothing goes live until a person approves it.

08 · SIMULATION

Run it before you run it.

Every unit process carries the model that represents it, mechanistic where the physics is known and learned where it is not.

Assembled from the map and the plant’s own connectivity rather than maintained beside them, so the model cannot quietly disagree with the plant it describes.

WHAT YOU RUNtonight, or a capital concept
REPRODUCIBLE
A run freezes its inputs before it dispatches, so a result can be defended months later.
OPEN
The physics is published and the engine is replaceable. You cannot govern what you cannot open.
DESIGN
Those same models are where design starts, so operating a plant and designing one stop being separate worlds.
THE HORIZONwhat the runs become

Every governed run is captured against a real facility. That record is what world models of infrastructure get built from, simulations fast and complete enough to explore every trajectory rather than evaluate one. Only a system already running inside the plants can gather it.

09 · HOW IT GROWS

Add capability without adding systems.

Every utility has a drawer full of point solutions, each one another thing to keep running that dies with the person who built it.

Here a tool is a configuration on the facility object, not a system of its own.

The point is not the tools. It is that they consolidate instead of accumulate.

CONVERGE

INHERIT
A new tool starts with the plant’s history rather than being wired up to it.
COMPOUND
Each one leaves the others better informed. Ten tools on one object compound; ten on ten objects is a backlog.
AND THE AGENTa tool a person uses is a tool Eddy can call

Adding chemical inventory does not only hand the team a dashboard, it gives Eddy one more thing to reason with. There is no human side of this system and an AI side.

10 · GOVERNANCE

Governed like the infrastructure it runs.

Structural, not a policy the model is asked to follow. The bound is not that Eddy has been told to be careful. It is that the tools to cross it were never put in the room.

Advisory

EAOS never changes a setpoint, starts equipment, or adjusts dosing on its own. A property of the architecture, not a setting anyone can flip.

Separation

Eddy in operations cannot change a threshold, because no tool in that room can.

Full trace

Every conclusion traces to its evidence. Every change is versioned, attributed, and reversible.

WHY WE DO IT

What a plant learns should stay with the plant.

These plants run for fifty years and are rebuilt in place while they run, and the demands keep rising. Tighter permits, harder water, aging assets, weather that stopped resembling what the plant was sized for. What a plant learns solving that should stay with it and compound, instead of resetting every time the people around it change.

We are building superintelligence for engineered systems. It arrives one facility at a time, under the control of the people responsible for them.

BRING SOMETHING YOU ALREADY HAVE

Start with one thing your team already has.

A single process area. A model you maintain. A workflow you run every shift, or a study you keep redoing. Bring one and we will show you what it looks like held in EAOS, connected to everything else the plant knows, with Eddy able to work on it.
